The chakras - this is where the power of the body and mind is rooted
Chakra - everyone has heard this before, but you don't really know what it's all about.
The teaching of chakras comes from Indian philosophy and has to do with meditation.
The chakras are assigned to parts of the body:
SahasraraChakra: The crown chakra
AjnaChakra: The forehead chakra - third eye
VishuddhaChakra: The throat or larynx chakra
AnahataChakra: The heart chakra
MuladharaChakra: The root chakra
SvadisthanaChakra: The sacral chakra
ManipuraChakra: The navel chakra
AnahataChakra: The heart chakra
AjnaChakra: The forehead chakra - third eye
By chakras (or chakras) one understands energy vortices in and outside of the body, which already indicates that here it is about physically and psychically interrelated ideas of strength and health.
Each chakra is symbolized by one of the pendants, the enclosed map explains the location and power of the chakra.
